Jazz Tate is his name, and telling jokes is his profession. Since discovering his gift five years ago attending local open mics nights, Tate has honed his comedy skills with professionals like Christian recording artists Kierra Sheard and Crystal Aikins, Christian actors/comedians. The Playmakers, singer/actor Tony Grant and local comedian and mentor Ms. Vickie. He’s taken his act beyond Dallas and Fort Worth to Louisiana and New Mexico, including performing for the USA Troops. He’s appeared on Dallas radio stations 970 AM KHVN (Heaven 97), 94.5 FM K-Soul and the internet radio Fishbowl Network, and also graced the cover of By Design Christian Magazine.
